In the Videh app
- Open Settings → Account
- Choose Delete my account and confirm with OTP
- Your profile, chats on our servers, and linked devices are scheduled for removal per our policy
On Videh Web
You can also start a deletion request at web.videh.co.in/data-deletion if you cannot access the app.
By email
Email support@videh.co.in from the address linked to your account (or include your registered phone number). We verify ownership before deleting data.
Typical processing time: within 30 days unless law requires retention of specific records.
What is deleted
- Account profile and authentication data
- Messages and media stored on Videh servers for your account
- Linked device sessions and push tokens
Messages already delivered to other users’ devices may remain on their phones; we cannot delete copies on devices we do not control.
